I Need Your Help! Yes You!
Hey Everyone, how’s it going people?
So I have a few things to talk about and they are important so please read them. Alright let’s get into it.
New Donor Project, Run Run Club!
So firstly I wanna officially announce that I’ve added up a new donor project which Torn will be editing. This particular project has a school girl theme that involves girls in sports. How I Release Edits
I normally don’t talk about how I release edits but I figured this may be good information for you all. When you start to see releases coming out at a fast pace, with back to back releases and lots of double releases it usually means that I had a lot of edits that were edited already and needed to be released. Simple. If you start to see me posting every other day or there are long periods between releases, then that means that there aren’t much edits edited. I like to pace out releases so that I have stuff to post every other day or few days. If I was to release everything then you’d probably have to wait longer for edits to get released. Anyway in terms of what comes out next, I try to get in a variety rather then 3/4 releases of ntr at once. I tend to release stuff based on mood sometimes as well. I also try to be nice every now and then and release or edit something faster so you guys can get it. I’m not gonna change the way I release edits.
Editor’s Incentive Program and Donations
Alright well, I’ve put a lot of thought into this and I’ve decided its worth a try and so I’m gonna try this. I’m gonna start an incentive program for my editors. I’m not gonna be included in this. First and foremost I will need to raise $300. I know that may sound like a lot but I don’t expect to gather that up fast and that amount should last a long while. Those donations will be used to pay my editors for every edit they provide me. I’ve already talked to them about this and they are fine with whatever decision I made on this. And as I’ve said I’m going ahead and trying this. So for every edit they provide me they will get $5 and pretty much this is suppose to help motivate them to provide me with more edits which means more releases for you all. I will be keeping track of the edits they provide me (on a word doc) and don’t worry I will make sure that quality doesn’t suffer because of this. I do hope I can raise those donations and you guys know I don’t ask for much but please try to help me out on this. This is an incentive for my editors, they are helping me out and I wanna do this for them. I can tell you that 1 of them has expressed interest in using the cash earned to help fund projects so who knows maybe some will be doing stuff like that. But again it doesn’t matter what they do with the cash since they’ve earned it, they can use it however they wish. So yeah this is something I wanna try out and I’ll need the help of the people.
I’m NOT Gonna Add Anymore Donor Projects (Though There May Be Exceptions LOL)
So as the title suggests, I won’t be adding anymore new donor projects. So any more requests will probably be rejected. I will tell you all that there will be 1 more final donor project to be added. I haven’t decided on it yet but I can tell you that it will have a straight shota with milfs theme/genre. Love and Hate Vol 2 will have to chill out for a bit until I can finish up at least 2 tanks (most likely gonna be Mesunie and another manga). I will allow requests for oneshots to get done but again that’s still a maybe too. If DaM manages to fix his personal problem and continue editing then I’ll accept donor projects for him but again that’s a maybe since I’m not sure how things are going.
Noobs Need To Read!!!!!!
This is more of a rant I guess. I noticed a lot of people are asking me really annoying questions like “How many chapters are there of xxx?” or “Can you translate this?” and I will tell you right now that all the information you need is either in the donor projects page or the FAQ. Sometimes it helps to read my posts so you know what’s going on. If you can’t find an answer to your question after looking through my site then you can and should ask and I won’t get annoyed or disappointed. Don’t be noobs people, read!! Also for the record and the millionth time I’M NOT A TRANSLATOR, I’M AN EDITOR.

Most of the time I don’t bother reading post, but when you write something on your site I tend to read it lol. To be honest I only came here for a certain series and most of the time I don’t download your NTR stuff. In any case I actually read your post because I find them to be informative

Tending to release stuff based on mood is not very professional at all. It’s unfortunate you’re not going to change that, but each to his own. I always felt your posts were long, unneccessary, and selfish. You’re behind on so many of your projects, it’s not even funny. However, even that is understandable, but the salt to our wounds, is that you would pay us with our own coin by giving us “free” Deposit Files gold keys, which we helped you get. Just my four cents. Keep on truckin’, Fay.

Lol, how nice. I do hope you realize I edit for free and this money isn’t for me… also you know the people who want me to edit and put up donor projects don’t complain and wait patiently. Its usually the non-donors who complain which I find quite amusing. Yup I’m technically behind, but again, your not a donor so your complaint is dead to me. Also, about my posts being long, unnecessary and selfish. Last time I checked I was the one running this site and all. I try to only talk about stuff related to my site, projects, hentai, delays, and such. Forgive me if I’m being too informative but if I didn’t become so informative, I’ll end up getting a million questions from the noobs out there. Anyway I don’t mind hearing personal opinions so good job on getting it out there lol.
I guess Anonymous has failed to realize just how many releases Fayt has put out despite sometimes releasing depending on his mood. The keyword being “sometimes”. Fayt didn’t say he releases like that all the time or else, there would be no point to him having a release schedule.
Also, it seems Anonymous failed to realize that Fayt knows he’s behind on his projects and that’s probably the main reason why he looked for a few more helping hands to help distribute his load. That way, he can make more progress on more projects than he would have been able to by himself. And as you can see, Fayt has stopped accepting new Donor projects for the time being. That can only mean that he wants to try and clear out some of those projects that he’s behind on. You must have missed the logic behind that part of Fayt’s post.
But you know what, I’ll give Anonymous the benefit of the doubt. Maybe he didn’t know about the particularly sticky issue with a certain translator that will not be named. But as a result, caused a good portion of Fayt’s projects to be stalled. Not to mention the various other personal things that may have caused slowdowns in progress.
In the end, if Anonymous ever becomes a donor to one of the projects on this site, I bet his opinion would carry more weight. But in the meantime, Anonymous needs to keep riding the coattails of the donors that are responsible for seeing these projects through and enjoy what the donors are allowing us to see.
the simple fact that “Anonymous” can’t even put a name behind his complaints so that s/he’s held accountable for the post should have said enough. if I should ever feel the need to start up my own blog(chances are slim to none so none of you need to panic) there’d be no anonymous postings, I’ve always felt if you felt your opinion strongly to sit down and write out a message about it you be able to shed some anonymity.
Wow, I am no donor and not further involved with this site than checking it more or less regularly, but that fucking comment by “Anonymous” actually made me angry.
Fayt I can really understand why you sometimes just want to quit this whole site (but please don’t.) I hope you have calmer nerves than me and wish you all the best.
